3 months old!!!

Where has the time gone? The are no longer newborns and have become infants! Ahhh...they're getting so big!
So we weighed them today....John is 14.15 lbs! and Luke is 11.25 lbs! They really are getting big!
Today was a fairly good day. I've been slacking in my daily updates. So let's see I guess I better recap yesterday first.

Saturday -
We fed them at like 4 or 5 I can't remember when now maybe even 6 haha! Anyways, we all slept in bed until 9, when John and I slid out of bed and left the boys sleeping in our bed...they stayed there for about 30 minutes. Luke realized he didn't have mommy next to him any more and woke up so I moved him into the living room on his boppy. John slept a lot longer! I got my shower while John watched the boys. Then while John got his shower I tortured the boys...put them in the PSU shirts (John cried because of his big head). They are 6 month t-shirts and I had a hard time fitting it over his head and it fit him perfect! But as you can see I got some very cute pictures of them! Then I tried on the baptismal outfit...on John...it was big on him and was like great it's going to swim on Luke. So decided to take one back and get a smaller size for Luke.
I went and got some pampering done while the boys hung with Daddy. Nothing grand...just a lip and brow wax...ooo the excitment I have. Then it was off to Target for some odds and ends (like Milk since we have like no food in our house) I really need to get to the grocery store, but it is now Sunday and we are leaving for 5 days on Wednesday.
Then I went to Babies R Us the only store that had anything remotely close to what I was looking for when it came to Baptismal outfits. I went to look for smaller size of same thing I had (they were matching, John really didn't want them to be matching). Well I couldn't find anything and I was going to just forget about it but I pulled the one I had out to compare to another outfit (thought different brand different sizing) and noticed a big black mark like it had been run over by a cart. So I went and returned it any way. All in all I couldn't find the same thing in a newborn or what I had gotten 0-3 month. Then I couldn't find anything similiar in newborn, so I got a 0-3 month that is still going to be big on Luke, but aww well.
In the afternoon the boys were very delightful and all 4 of us played on the floor for about 30 minutes, it was nice.
We did bath, bottle and bed...no story we were all exhausted and they were already asleep. They slept fairly well. Luke woke up at 1:30 and god bless John he got up and fed him so I could sleep. I was out cold because I never heard John wake up for his bottle, but John fed him too. God bless him.
Sunday -
We all ended up in bed together yet again. I had both boys in bed with me trying to hold them off, because of course Luke didn't last long in his crib. John woke up because he had to burp...normally he wakes when it is bottle time, but he was an hour early. I was actually able to get them to sleep till about 6:30. I got up and did bottles so John could sleep. Once the boys ate and quickly fell back to sleep, I went back to bed. Ironically I woke at 10...they needed to eat in 30 minutes lol...it never ends.
John slept most of the day away, little boy thinks sleeping is his job. Luke was awake most of the day, and a pure delight. He let out his first tiny giggle today! His daddy was teaching him how to stick out his tongue, a pure delight! John would stick out his tongue and Luke would copy him. I tried to get it on video, but he was too fascinated with the camera to do anything haha! He just smiled away at his daddy for a good 20 minutes and then John woke up.
We all played on the floor again for a long while. They are starting to enjoy tummy time. John likes it except today he threw up :( But he is really picking his head up and moving it around. Luke is getting there...I think John has an easier time because of his belly haha!
The boys were bathed and fed and in bed by 7 tonight. However it's really hot so we have the a/c going and it just kicked back on (it's loud) and I actually think it woke Luke up. Ugh well I gotta go. I can't believe they are 3 months old! I really need to get in the habit of taking pictures in the same spot on their montly b-day but for now their PSU pics can count as their monthly picture.
