4 months old!

I haven't gotten a chance to post, the boys are keeping me busy.
But can you believe they are 4 months old! They hit that magic mark on October 1st!
I just can't believe it, but they are getting so big and doing so well.
Every day brings new joys. The latest joy is the giggles!
Luke finds peek-a-boo funny as long as you laugh after you say peek-a-boo, he'll laugh back. So really he's probably just laughing because you are.
John does the same thing, laughs when you do!

For the first time yesterday, John refused to take our afternoon nap. Normally Luke falls asleep right after his bottle and John and I go lay in bed together...he'll stare at me for a few minutes before falling asleep. But yesterday, he wasn't having any of it. So I put him in the crib under the mobile, where he faught sleep for an hour, before I finally put him in the swing and he was out in 30 seconds.
But him not being in bed with me gave me peace right? Sort of, but Luke woke up quickly and I brought him to nap with me, it was nice to have that quiet time with him. He babbled on for a few minutes, before falling asleep with me. We all got a nap in so that was wonderful!

Today the boys stayed home with John while I worked in the morning. In the afternoon we had tummy time again, and the boys are great at lifting their heads up, but I think the roll is at least a month off. But the funniest thing happened today and I wish I had the camera out.

They were laying on the floor on their sides facing each other. For a while John babbled away to Luke telling him a very juicy story I'm sure. While Luke sucked on his hands, it was then that John realized that his hands must be pretty good, he kept grabbing Luke's hand trying to get it and Luke kept pushing him away. - That's not the funny part.

So Luke flips onto his back and starts kicking his legs, then John does the same. Luke lets out a peep and so does John. Luke is sucking away at his thumb, at which point John starts doing the same. John and I were like is he copying him? We are pretty sure he was. Love my boys!
