Luke is stringing 3 and 4 words together now so that is wonderful. His longest phrase so far is "More cheese on bread" haha. He is really good with "uh oh mama B" meaning John did something bad, or wants to blame it on John haha.
John is talking more, hasn't really started to string words together quite as well yet, but he's getting there. They have so many words at this point I can't list them...that is awesome!
They are starting to really know their names and who each other are. John still has a hard time with his name, but I think it's very confusing for him that Luke calls him B.
They are to the point where I wonder why we wanted them to talk haha!
The cutest thing ever is when I put them down at night they say "night night bye bye see ya gator"
We read this book at night "Bear Snores On" (thanks Nora), they love it! My favorite part is about every other page it says "and the bear snores on" Luke has gotten to where he says it with him. And towards the end of the book the bear sneezes a big achooo, the boys say it with me. And when John sees a bear in another book and you ask him what the bear says, he says achooo haha!
I'm going to regret this but they are sleeping better. They go down so easy and are sleeping so much better (and they will now be up all night tonight).
John is now going down for his nap in his crib on his own, instead of falling asleep on the couch. (such a big boy!) Now if only I can get Luke doing the same, though I do enjoy our time together, I lay with him at nap time, sometimes I fall asleep with him, sometimes not.
John is currently at his parents, left last Tuesday and not sure when he's coming home, he went out there with my dad to help his dad do a roof. They seem to be working well together having a good time, but we really miss daddy. Luke asks at about the time John would be home from work every day "daddy home" We only had 1 day of meltdown over it, and I think he was more upset over other things. It's funny they are attached to my hip and always want me, but when Daddy's gone, Luke wants him...don't know what you have until it's gone I guess haha.
Hurricane Earl was a joke, we actually had more wind from a cold front that moved through yesterday than we did from the Hurricane, the only thing the news people did was freak me out about being here alone with the boys and scare all the tourists away.
The boys and I watched football yesterday! Luke actually really liked watching it, he kept saying "football football" when it was on a commercial.
Lastly, Penn State won yesterday...here are my little Nittany Lions!
