Funny things...

So I wanted to get this into the blog before I forgot about it.

Tonight we had potatoes with dinner.

Luke and John both call them "tatoes."

So tonight Daddy was trying to teach Luke to say "potato" at first he was just saying "no tatoe" (I put the e there for how he pronounces it"

Well after Daddy said "potato" for about the 4th time...

Luke said "no not potato, tatoe" hahaha!

He did it each time after that, that we said potato. Ha...what a funny little dude.


Oh I thought of another one!

Earlier today I was in the office making phone calls (you'll now fully understand why we moved the office).

So my procedure is, lock the gate (they can't get down the hallway near rooms then) and close the office door. I made sure they were playing nicely and nothing could harm them and only made 1 phone call at a time before checking on them.

Well about 30 seconds into the call, Luke was standing at the gate saying/yelling really.

"Mommy come back right now!
right now!
come back right now!"

over and over and over again!

haha!

And as I sit here typing this while they were happily playing I snuck away so I wouldn't forget.

their chairs were on the other side of the gate, John just reached over and grabbed one...make sure you put them further away from the gate from now on mom. haha!
