So this couldn't wait...mainly because I didn't want to lose the paper I had written stuff down on.
Luke was playing "shopping" with Daddy last night. They have a cash register and he likes you to by stuff from him so he can put money in the cash register. He's not a very good cashier though, because he gives you money too haha!
Anyways, so he was selling a fire truck to John, for $10 bucks. After some back and forth between the two, that makes me wish I had video taped the whole play time, Luke said it was his fire truck too.
John said: wait is this a sale or a rental.
Luke promptly responded: rental!
HAHA!
So later he was selling kids to John...not real kids, Little People play kids. Anyways the exchange was hysterical as John was trying to tell him he was going to use the kids to work in his axle shop, and Luke telling him they needed food, and on and on and Luke finally telling him they were toys not real kids and John got angry (pretend) that he did a bait and switch and thought he was getting real kids...Luke genuinely apologized and was probably slightly upset for upsetting daddy lol!
Anyways when he sold him the kids he said:
"here's your kid. Going have to put that kid in a safe spot" hahaha! He didn't want the kid falling out of the truck.
I promise next time to pull out the video camera...though I'm also considering asking for a new video camera for my birthday.
